‘I’ll Miss Your Motherly Role’ – Agboworin Mourns Wife Of Chief Bayo Lawal

The lawmaker representing Ibadan South East/NorthEast federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Abass Adigun (Agboworin), has expressed his condolences to the Senior Executive Assistant on General Administration to Oyo State Governor, Chief Bayo Lawal, over the demise of his wife, Justice Beatrice Adesuwa Lawal (rtd).

The lawmaker noted that the death of the retired jurist came as a shock.

Agboworin, who is a two-twrm lawmaker and Chairman of the House Committee on Narcotic Drugs, in a condolence statement signed by his Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Mayowa Okekale, described her death as a sad loss.

The statement equally urged the husband, who is a chieftain of the PDP in Oyo State, his children and other family members to take heart, adding that she lived a fulfilled life.

Agboworin equally expressed that the deceased, while alive, played the role of a mother and was always encouraging him in decision-making.

“Mummy, I will miss you. Your death is a personal loss to me and I am deeply pained to experience this about the family at this critical time.”

He, however, prayed to God to accept the soul of the deceased and grant her husband and other family members the fortitude to bear the great loss.
