Member House of Representatives Representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Hon. Abass A. Adigun who is fondly called Agboworin on Thursday 8th June, 2023 received an award of excellence from the Nigerian Army during his visitation to Nigeria Army Fitness Recruitment Training Center at Falgore in Kano State.
The award was in recognition of his outstanding contributions, performance, selfless service and effort as a member of the Committee On Army in the 9th National Assembly which is a symbol of his quality representation.
Rep. Abass Adigun was nominated to represent the Chairman House Committee on Nigeria Army, Hon. Abudul Rasak Namdas where he was able to influence, preach peace, motivate, mentor candidates including some candidates from Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency to attain greater heights in life than to depend on others to survive.
Receiving the award, Hon. Abass Adigun expressed his overwhelming gratitude to the Nigerian Army for the Award, commending them for their initiative to award hardworking federal lawmakers, who had played diverse roles to influence the society or organisation positively.
