Governor Seyi Makinde Youth Campaign Coordinator for Ibadan South East LG Amb Olumide Ojo gave a note of warning to all his Ward Campaign Coordinators about being astute and enthusiastic in the job responsibility given to them to deliver the mandate of His Excellency Engineer Seyi Makinde for 2nd term as well as all PDP Candidates from the Senatorial Seat down to the House of Assembly Candidate, in his remark when he led the delegate of each ward Campaign Coordinators to a strategic youth ward meetings with youth leaders of the party and he also vouched and confirm that very soon he will convey a meeting with all PDP Candidates local Government from Oyo South Senatorial Candidate Mogaji Olasunkanmi Tegbe to PDP House of Representative Candidate in Ibadan South East/North East Federal Constituency Honourable Abass Adigun, Honourable Modiu Akande and Honourable Omikunle who are PDP Candidates for House of Assembly Constituency 1 and 2 respectively, Amb. Olumide Ojo gave reasons why Youths need to take the world by the storm in the upcoming general election he said in one of koffi Anna’s’ quotes No one is born a good citizen; no nation is born a democracy . Rather, both are processes that continue to evolve over a lifetime. Young people must be included from birth. A society that cuts off from its youths suffer its lifeline. He also reiterates the fact that youths irrespective of their gender are major basic tools in this forthcoming elections and they should make themselves available for proactive responsibility to deliver the mandate of all PDP candidates from the top to the least, he also implores the Youth Campaign Coordinators to desist from any kind of social vices, violence and fracas whatsoever while on the field for vigorous of House to House Campaign……
He also highlighted the reason why it is important for the youths to be actively involved in the forthcoming elections and pinpointed the fact that Governor Seyi makinde has repose more confidence in youths in the State as all the calibre of youths he gave chances in the first term of his administration are with exemplary performance and this should be a psychological booster for us in ibadan South East and Oyo State youths at large while it’s also a signal for more dividends of democracy to come for the youths in the next administration.
In view of this he said it’s highly commendable that Ibadan South LG Campaign has been going smoothly with the inclusivity of the youths and no record of violence so far it shows we are well refined and responsible youths in Ibadan South East LG, Amb. Ojo Olumide gave souvenirs with the inscription of Governor Seyi Makinde in all to all the Youth Campaign Coordinators to share across the various wards of the Local Government as one of the campaign materials they will need to crusade the gospel of Governor Seyi Makinde and all PDP Candidates.
In his conclusion, he gave assurance that the 2nd term of Government will be the Government of the Youths.
