The Director General and Coordinator of the Integrity Group, Mr. Abiodun Rotimi has extolled virtues and pragmatic leadership of Rep. Abass Adigun popularly called Agboworin in his constituency, noting that the federal lawmaker has astounding legacies despite been a lawmaker with meager resources available to him has a opposition representative.
In his remarks, Mr Abiodun made it clear that history has been made in the last general election by the good people of his constituency as the first two term house of representatives to represent his constituency in the green chamber of the National Assembly, on account of his infrastructural strides is the recent installation of solar powered street light in dark-shot across his constituency which will add economic values to different location where it was fixed.
Director General described Rep. Abass as a great man with a large heart, adding that he was someone who had the best intentions for Ibadan North-East/South-East federal constituency. Unfortunately, according to him, Agboworin was a victim of single story, whereby his good works cut across his constituency.
Despite been in court, Agboworin was able to put in place numerous legacy projects, human capacity building program just in few months of his second term in the house of representatives by facilitating the empowerment of 200 women’s in various snacks making, fashion designing, provision of cooking equipment for the making of various snacks and startup grants.
Mr Abiodun appreciated Rep. Abass for his various entrepreneurship programs for youths, women, men, market men and women and the special people, which has been improving the standards of living of his constituents through human capacity-centered representation.
